The thing with meditation is, you don’t practice it to get better at the meditation itself, you practice meditation to get better at life. Meditation is the one way to silent your thoughts and by doing so accessing who you really are—the energetic being within you. Getting to know this powerful, true being that you are will bring peace, calm and joy into your life.

  1. Im using Calm atm, its very good – didn’t get very far with Headspace. While I meditate with the apps its really useful to have a https://barenaturals.com candle lit, because the fragrance and the focal point of light is fantastic for candle meditations.
