I contribute my personal growth to many things;

experiences that shaped me

people I met that inspired or scarred me

mistakes I made that taught me

learning to listen to my intuition and by that accessing universal wisdom as well as the wisdom from the lives I lived before this

aaaaand the books I have read throughout the years. Reading books is one of the easiest and most fundamental habits you can pick up that will change who you are and thus the course of your life. Here is a list of the ones that have made the biggest impact on me so far.

The power of Now

I have read this book about 5 times, which in one way is kinda funny because it’s a repetitive book. But the value of the teachings of master Tolle cannot be overstated. Are you interested in understand why your mind is running tricks on you? This is the book. Are you interested in bringing more peace into your life? This is the book. Are you ready to see time and the world in a completely different and refreshed way? THIS. IS. THE. BOOK.

The Celestine Prophecy

Part adventure book, part revealer of old universal truths and how everything is energy, this book made me relate to the natural world as well as other people in a new way.

Dont Just Sit There

Don’t Just Sit There! is a guidebook that will empower you to dive into meditation by helping you work through the not-so-peaceful side of achieving peace. With insights on forty-four laws of human experience, it provides week-by-week instructions to process each one.

The Alchemist

For anyone who reads not only to escape reality but also to understand reality, The Alchemist can offer the best of both worlds. A beautiful story about finding ones purpose and trust in life and love.

Becoming Super Natural

Ok, this is a thick one. It took me several months to get through it, but I am so incredibly glad that I did. Backed with scientific evidence, Dr. Joe Dispenza takes a deep dive into the world of vibration. The end result is a book packed with information and exercises on how you can raise your vibration, change yourself and the world at the same time. Oh, it comes with charts and testimonies too, just saying 😉

Peace is Every Step

In Peace Is Every Step, Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh teaches us how to make peace with every aspect of life. Through mindfulness and conscious breathing, we can learn how to turn every minor moment or task in our day into a mindful learning experience.

The Slight Edge

The philosophy behind The Slight Edge is that success is the result of repetitive productive actions over a consistent period. When you adopt this mindset, your actions have to follow immediately for them to work. Therefore, everything we do each day must coincide with our burning desire to achieve success. The slight edge is always operating in your life, either for or against you.

The Wild Womans Way

A book for both men and women who wants to get in touch with their sovereign, wild, primal selves without leaving the modern world behind.

The Mastery of Love

Among other super important and deep things, this book taught me that self love is the precedence for all other love.
